Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate
The University of Connecticut Health Center has negotiated a Facilities and Administrative Agreement (F&A Agreement) formerly known as Indirect Cost Agreement (IDC), dated January 20, 2005, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, establishing rates applicable to Research, Educational and Service grants, contracts and agreements.

All Health Center departments should apply the above rates in proposals to applicable funding agencies.
Please continue to consult the Research Finance Office prior to the preparation of all budget proposals. Specific questions pertaining to the application of these rates should be directed to that office at x2414.
